Be advised that PassCo, LLC is an administrative entity that performs marketing, product sales and administrative functions of its members and other independent ski resorts participating in the M.A.X. Pass product.


When you visit our website and create an account or purchase a M.A.X. Pass season pass product that includes participating ski resorts (the “Product”), we collect personal information you give us such as your and your family members’ name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, photographic image, and credit card information (“Personal Information”). When you visit our website, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser, operating system and remember who you are. With your consent, we may send you emails about products, services and other updates from us and the participating resorts in the Product(s) (collectively referred to as “Services”). Our websites are not intended for use by minors and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen, without prior consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian. When you visit our website, create an account, input your credit card data, enter into a contract, complete a transaction, or upload photos, we infer that you consent to our collecting Personal Information and other information as described in Section 7 below and use it to fulfill and verify your order, deliver our Products and Services to you as well as keep it for an appropriate amount of time to send you emails about the Services. In some cases we will ask you directly for your express consent to send you emails about our company, products, services and other updates.

Our Product grants you access to participating ski resorts in the United States and Canada (each a “Participating Resort”). When you visit a Participating Resort, the Participating Resort will scan or otherwise record your attendance at that resort location using RFID technology (radio frequency identification), handheld scanners, or another method which allows the Participating Resort and us to record your usage activity of the Product. The Participating Resort may collect additional information from you depending on your transaction activity at the resort location. You should review the privacy policy of each Participating Resort location for more information on its collection, use and disclosure of personal information.


In general, the third-party service providers we use collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your Personal Information will be handled by these providers. Once you leave our company’s and/or estore’s website(s) or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy.
